If you are unsatisfied with you purchase and would like to do a return please
email email@example.com to receive a return number and instructions on sending your
purchase back within 30 days of receiving your item(s).
Package must have original purchase receipt. Buyer will bear shipping costs. Once unused
item(s) are received and inspected, refund will be issued. Please allow 7-10 business days
for return funds to appear.
All our products are handmade in Poland. MAMMANIA Bags come with a 1 year warranty.
We take great pride in designing and creating high quality products that are constructed with
both style and function in mind. However if you receive a bag damaged please
email firstname.lastname@example.org, you’re within your legal rights to return it. In this case, we’ll
refund you the price you paid for the item within 14 days. Should you receive damaged,
defective, or the wrong item(s), please return the merchandise within 30 days from the
shipped date to our address:

After its recognition, the damaged Good will be repaired or replaced by another, and if it is
impossible (for example, due to lack of Good on stock), the Online Shop will reimburse the
Client with the equivalent price of the Good.
We recommend that overseas customers send their parcels via a registered trackable service
and get a proof of receipt.
Standard Delivery (only Poland)
Please allow 3-5 business days for your item(s) to ship in Poland. This means after your
order is placed it will be sent out in 3-5 business days. Business days are Monday-Friday.
The cost of courier delivery depends on the method of payment:

We accept direct bank transfers, transfers via PayPal (including credit card payments) or transferuj.pl (only for Poland)
Payment is processed via PayPal and transferuj.pl through a Nets approved and PCI-certified payment solution.
It is not possible for us to charge a higher amount than the one approved by you.
PayPal and transferuj.pl uses SSL-encryption in the communication with Nets. SSL is short for Secure Socket Layer and is a security protocol which ensures that data is encrypted in the communication between the customer, MAMMANIA and PayPal and transferuj.pl. It is therefore not possible for 3rd parties to intercept any credit card information.
Furthermore, PayPal and transferuj.pl is fully PCI certified. The purpose of the PCI standard is to have a common, international standard which defines a range of demands for storing, transmission and handling of credit card data – and how it should be ensured that the requirements are complied with.
All information provided by you is only used to ensure the best possible shopping experience. All information is strictly confidential.

If you place an order with us, we request certain personal information. You must provide contact information (such as name, email and delivery address) and financial information (such as credit card number, expiration date and the 3 digit security code). We use this information for billing purposes and to complete your order. If we have trouble processing an order, we will use your contact information. Your telephone number is required for shipping purposes in case DPD or Poczta Polska needs to contact you regarding the delivery.
